As our business started to grow,
we found from the feedback received from our clients that they
would prefer to deal with a private limited company rather
than a sole proprietorship. It was then that we decided to
transfer all our corporate secretarial and other related work
to a private limited company.
It was indeed a wise move because when we were looking
to purchase our own premises, it was more convenient
to purchase it under
this company. As such, our present premise is wholly owned
by this company.
